In order to ensure that you receive Community Service credit you must forward your receipt to ulsnaofficers@gmail.com and include your name (first & last), C#, & Nursing class in both the gift message and the forwarded email!

Community Service POINTS-

(Max points that can be earned is 2: 1 point for diapers and 1 point for wipes)

DIAPERS:

100+ = 1 point

50-99 = 0.5 points

WIPES:

1,500+ = 1 point

500-1,499= 0.5 points
